The staff was straight out of bed or may be ye wasn't having the greatest time. Food was cold . We ordered 2 fresh orange juices which had insects in them. We returned them and had to show the guy where exactly they were. It looked like he was looking for an excuse to put the blame on us. He didn't apologize and never bothered to offer a replacement. Thankfully we were not charged for it.

Placed order for delivery on Sunday 17th Aug 2024. Not previously eaten here, I went purely on reviews. Ordered chicken and panneer biriyani for a small event at our house for 11 people. Food is great. will defo order again.

I dined here yesterday and i can say the biryani was really flavourful, cooked to perfection, meat was tender. It was bit oily though however taste good. If oil can be reduced it would have been perfect. I also ordered chicken 65 which was not fresh. It looked like they just reheated already cooked chicken 65 and hence the crispiness was gone. Also ordered butter chicken and chilli garlic naan. I would say butter chicken was okish, nothing great, chilli garlic naans were really good. So over all the star was biryani which tasted awesome. I hope they will reduce the oil a bit.

Poor customer service . Have to wait for 30min to receive the dosa , when the restaurant is not even busy . The biryani taste was not as good , as expected. Can see the lumps of rice in biryani . Also the chicken is not cooked properly, you can see the pink side of the chicken . I will definitely not recommend this place .

This restaurant has stopped low level. We had to serve ourselves for plates. The nans were small and cold. We ordered butter chicken and chicken tikka masala and when they arrived they were the same with four chicken pieces. The biryani position was small and tasteless. The owner was condescending saying the curries are for children as they're not that spicy. All in all terrible food and would not recommend nor we will go again.

Absolutely amazing experience. Authentic hyderabadi cuisine. After reading some bad reviews we dint wanted to go there but then we changed our minds and thought to give it a try. Believe me the negative reviews are absolutely fake. Mutton biryani was so tasty and flavourful. Haleem was such a great surprise. Dint thought I would be having authentic hyderabadi haleem in london, I have been here since decades and couldn't fine one before. Waqar was an amazing man, we were discussing what to order and stuck with butter chicken but he warned us beforehand that butter chicken is kind of sweetish and we won't like it being spicy eating indians, he advised just the best dishes that we will like without wasting money and mood. The restaurant is inexpensive with best quality food . I am definitely going to go there again.

In hunt of a good Biryani got me to Khan’s biryani and I found a GREAT one.. Their chicken 65 has one of the most unique flavours that you can only find in India. Go with there suggestions as everything turned out to be excellent. Definitely one of the most flavoursome Indian restaurants in London. A must go for all biryani and korma lovers..

Extremely bad customer service. Order over the phone 4 chicken beriyan and 4 chicken legs. Went to collect my food the guy at the counter telling me I’ve to wait 10-15 minutes. I asked why, he replied I’ve given your order to another customer.!! I’ve waited and then he got my order. Having dinner with my staff and all 4 legs were not cooked. Called the shop to let them know all 4 legs were not cooked and the same guy telling me it’s not possible.! I told him I’ll send the picture and he’s like not you have to bring the food and then I’ll give the fresh one. I’m almost 5 miles away from the shop having dinner with my staff and the shop owner telling me to bring back the food. This guy ruined our dinner. Extremely unprofessional.

The lamb biryani was recommended by one of the staff (one with specs) and I ordered take away lamb biryani was outstanding. Next day at closing, I ordered take away lamb biryani but it was so pathetic, Oily plain rice and 4 out of 5 pieces were hard bones which was not edible. So in short the quality depends who serves you.

I have been ordering from this place for few times now as delivery and was quiet happy with the food..now i have noticed for last few times that their prices on just eat have gone nearly double than what it used to be..i dont really understand the reason why would someone hike up prices so much once you start getting more customers...a slight up in price is completely agreed but not almost double prices for everything..i wouldnt be ordering from here anymore..because the size of portions are not really worth the money that they have started charging now..specially on Just Eats..very sad..

Tasty. Economic. Huge portions. Absolutely in love with their Chicken Biriyani and Chai. We were visiting Harrow and happened to drop in for lunch. It was so good, I went back and got myself a takeaway for dinner. Raza the manager/ owner was kind and I rate the food a whopping 10/10. For 3.99 pounds this is the best find in harrow, if anything I would pay more for this. Definitely a must try!

I will highly recommend the chicken biriyani from here . Someone who favours Kolkata style chicken biriyani will surely love this place. The taste was simply superb and even after a day in fridge (the left over) the taste remains amazing. The chicken pieces (2 per portion) was good in size and juicy. Also loved the chilly chicken. As starter it was very good. Bit disappointed with the chicken tandoori as the colour used was not appalling and also the chicken was stiff. Just to add I walked down around 5 km to go and get my biriyani. This is how much I loved it.
